Please do not call the hotel direct to book your room. Click the "Register Now" button at the top of this page to make your reservations. BCD Travel is holding a block of rooms for Semester at Sea and reservations must be booked through BCD Travel in order to receive this special group discount.
There will be a $10.00 per room charge for hotel only reservations made through BCD Travel. (If you are booking your air with BCD Travel this $10.00 charge will be waived)
In San Diego, we have rooms being held at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, which is located approximately 1/4 mile from the airport. The hotel offers complimentary airport transfers. Please note that transportation from the Dock to the Sheraton on August 21st for your return to San Diego will be on your own. (The Dock is a short taxi ride away from the Sheraton.)
Please note: Sheraton room availability is limited ~ so book your room NOW!!! Don't be disappointed!!! Please be sure to check with your friends & family to see if they would like to be on hand to wish you a "Bon Voyage" by combining your departure with a mini family vacation. Our cut off date for being able to accept hotel reservations at the group rate is May 16, 2007. At this time any unsold Sheraton space must be turned back to the hotel. We will do all possible to secure hotel space for you, however our group rate of $159 will not be available. For your return into San Diego on August 21st the cut off date for accepting reservations at the group rate will be Friday, July 20th.
